WSMS Integrated Management Services (IMS) integrates and coordinates management functions into a centralized integrated management system to provide increased efficiencies and to streamline project management.  Our IMS program is cost effective.  Tailored to each customer’s individual needs, it includes a premier suite of programs designed specifically to integrate safety, security, environmental and operational management functions.

The ultimate goal of IMS is to provide appropriate management tools at each level so that control is as direct and simple as possible, requiring the least amount of management oversight.  Our IMS program works to standardize and reduce the number of tasks using available resources and tools, and then is seamlessly integrated into every project.

Through decades of specialized safety, security, environmental and operations experience, WSMS professionals are capable of providing our clients with solutions to solve a myriad of problems.  Our technical staff is made up of dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced professionals who possess academic and professional backgrounds in various engineering fields including safety, security, environmental and operations.
