From decades of experience in the commercial and Federal government industries, WSMS personnel have assimilated the skills and capabilities necessary to operate and manage facilities handling nuclear, chemical and explosive materials.  Our personnel are experienced in the implementation of disciplined operations programs, such as conduct of operations and conduct of engineering, and in tailoring the level of implementation commensurate with the hazards in the facility.
